Your free trial expires after 30 days and includes 1000 credits. You can create a maximum of 5 projects during the trial period. There are no limitations in functionality during this period. Credits will be removed after the 30 day trial period and cannot be transferred.

If you haven’t chosen one of the above plans by the end of your free trial period, your account will be disabled and you won’t able create new or accessing your existing projects. If you decide to purchase a plan after your account has been disabled, you’ll be able to continue where you left.

It is recommended to have a small data set at hand that contains open-ended responses from a survey or questionnaire. You may also test the tool with other unstructured text data, for example from social networks or review sites. The data must be available in *.xlsx Format to upload it to the tool.

We offer both monthly and annual billing. Depending on what option you choose, your membership will be renewed at the end of each month or at the end of each year. If you choose to pay annually, you’ll save up to 10% compared to paying monthly.

One credit represents one open-response in your Excel file. Let’s say you run a survey with two open-ended questions and you received 250 responses. Then you need 250*2 = 500 credits. Empty responses will be ignored and do not consume credits.

Yes, you are able to purchase extra credits, for example, if you have a particularly large survey that you need more credits for. Please get in touch with us at support@symanto.net and we’ll handle your request as quick as possible.

Left-over credits at the end of a month will not be transferred into the next month. It is therefore recommended to consume all credits within the month period.
